What should I do if denied access to FTP or "stats"?
Be sure to read the FTP tutorial as well as the Control Panel access instructions. If you still have trouble, send an email to support@webii.net explaining the problem and error message in detail. Be sure to include either your userid or domain name as well as the current account FTP password in your email.
