Can I change my userid and password?
Your userid is an assigned server id and and cannot be changed; it ensures that each of our customers has a unique userid that does not match any other customer on our servers. You can change your password in the "User Profile" within your account Control Panel.
We recommend changing your password often to something alphanumeric that is not easily guessed by others for stronger security of your web site files. It is important that you retain the password in a safe place for your own reference.
