Setting up your POP email in Entourage for Mac
Here are some screenshots to help guide you through your Entourage settings.
Remember that your email account must first be setup within your Control Panel.
Start by clicking the Tools menu, then Accounts. Select "Mail", and click "New".

Select POP as the type.
When you select Configure Account Manually, you are prompted to enter settings such as:

The "account name" is just a reference for you to identify which email account this is.
The "ID" is the first part of the address, before the @ symbol.
The POP server is either your domain name alone (eg: yourdomain.net) or with "mail." in front.
The SMTP/outgoing mail server is usually provided by your Internet connection provider, so contact them to learn the correct settings (eg: city.rr.com, smtp.sbcglobal.net).
The last step is to click OK.
